Denn Cad/Cam

DENN machines feature the DENN CAD-CAM software, which enables to graphically program the parts to be executed on the machine. Its goals are:

- To facilitate the programming; no G-code knowledge is required (CNC programming) and the application is intuitive and easy to use.

- To be able to manufacture any part.

- 'Picture' concept; all the graphic information needed can be entered: initial and final part, tool, mandrel...

On the following image, a programming example of a wheel trajectory can be seen.

And below, the part program, that is, a set of steps and accessories that define what the machine needs to execute at each moment.

To enhance the programming and the modifications needed of the part programs, the application is built in the machine. During the production of a part, it is possible to prepare the following part to be manufactured, thus shortening idle times.

We are currently developing a new version of the DENN CAD-CAM program, which includes new functionalities such as 3D display, great ease of use, and so on.
