Automotive - Manufacturing of forged preforms on a Rotary Forging machine

In order to provide our customers with comprehensive process solutions, DENN has developed a Rotary Forging machine in collaboration with Labein-Tecnalia technological institute.

Accordingly, DENN supplies the adequate Rotary Forging machine to manufacture forged preforms to be flowformed with DENN vertical, flowforming lathes, LW3-245 CNC, thereby helping the customer in designing the process from the raw material to the flowformed wheel.

What is rotary forging?

It is either a cold or hot incremental deformation process combining a rotational movement with an axial compression.
