The manufacturing processes through Rotary Forging or using hybrid processes with other conventional technologies providea range of technologically and economically competitive advantages.

the upper tool tilted a fixed angle with respect to the vertical axis of lower die is used to incrementally deform material into the required net shape. The incremental deformation is accomplished by rotational movement and axial compression.

the advantages of rotary forging over other conventional systems are: Less contact. Higher deformation with a force reduction. Material optimization. More accurate dimensions. Smooth surface finishing.
